Based on the problem definition, the objectives of this research are: Objective 1: Understanding the social, economic and physical characteristics of the Old City. Objective 2: Assessing potential impacts of these characteristics on the rehabilitation process and ultimate preservation of the area. Objective 3: Coming up with recommendations that address the problem discussed above.
