How management innovation reduces role conflicts and fosters strategic renewal

Management Innovation is a rather new subject in academic research and has two main streams: “new to the state of the art” i.e. management innovations new to the world, and “new to the firm” i.e. management innovations that were already invented and implemented before in other settings but are new to the firm implementing them.
