Multiples

Study into the accuracy of relative valuation. Data sample consists of companies active in the aviation industry, and financial data is taken into account from 2000-2009. The hypothesis is that the Enterprise Value/Sales multiple should perform best, because it is based on the enterprise value (unbiased by the capital structure) and by sales, which is a relatively good indicator of the performance of a company in this type of industry.
