Duty selection

In these modern times it is important for a company to plan its processes very well, to reduce its costs as much as possible. One of the possibilities to accomplish this is to optimize the set of duties needed to carry out all the work. This research aimed at providing a solution for this problem with the following goal: Develop a method to create and select duties quick and in an optimal way, which can be easily implemented in existing planning software.
