The following report is written to finish the bachelor programma at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. During this bachelor programme, I made the decision to follow the direction of Urban, Port and Transport economics. I chose to write this report about the 3-in-1 project, because it has a connection with the direction I’m heading in economics and the place where I grew up. This was a good chance to bring what I learned the past three years a bit closer to home. I want to thank Peran van Reeven for being my supervisor during the writing of this report. To actually start writing a report can be considered as the hardest part of the whole process and he helped me with really starting it.
